The driving force behind Reliable’s innovations, technology and his ongoing determination, our President and CEO, Charles Conigliaro he has participated in all aspects of the furniture industry (manufacturing, distributing, retailing and service) for over 40 years and leveraged that knowledge to create the most success full line service company’s servicing the top 100 retailers across the US.

He demands that all of our technicians complete an extensive training program and are tested vigorously on their knowledge and technique prior to being deployed on the field. Our technicians are outfitted with company shirts, ID tags and required to wear shoe booties before entering your customer’s home.

Charles is an in visionary, he currently owns three US patents including the Body Contour Instrument. This device is built to accurately measure every type of mattress problem, from body impressions to sloping to bent border wires and is become the industry standard.

Charles has dedicated his life to the furniture industry and is well recognized as one of the leaders in our industry, his dedication and commitment to providing top level service and cutting edge technology has never been matched.
